Ruby Rose took to Twitter on Monday to show off a Prada bag with a graphic image of a face which she believes looks exactly like her own. Before receiving an image of the bag from a photographer, Ruby claims she had no knowledge of the brand seeking her likeness for their accessory. Alongside a time-lapse video that morphs the bag itself with a photograph of Ruby, the actress writes, “Kinda like this Prada bag that apparently is in no way any likeness to me at all even though the photographer of the photo sent me this and everyone keeps asking about it. It’s a made up character with no inspiration from anyone in real life apparently.”

She followed up the initial tweet with notes such as a sarcastic, “I’m obviously just super common looking. No big deal.” And even, “I’ll make one, it will look the same because I’ll use the same photo, of my face but in vegan leather. A copy of a copy. I’m like the ikea bag.” See the bag below:

The bag is from the fashion house’s spring/summer 2018 collection and comes in more than one shape, produced as both a top-handle as well as flap-front shoulder bag. Though Ruby has not taken any legal action against the brand at press time, Prada has also yet to comment publicly on the matter. We have a feeling this isn’t the end of this saga, though…
